CAMILLA RUZICKA
SKILLSET: DIRECTOR | EDITOR
Camilla was born in Vienna with a Danish and Austrian background. She grew up speaking Danish, German and English.
In 2011 she moved to the UK and started working for Microsoft. Her responsibilities were designing presentations, websites and emails, editing internal promotional videos and creating subtitles for global distribution. However, her main reason to move to London was to become a filmmaker. With this dream in mind, in 2012 she started her degree in Practical Filmmaking at Met Film School based in Ealing Studios. There, she specialised in writing, directing and editing. During her studies she was involved in many different projects such as short films, documentaries, a feature film and a web series acting as an editor (often appointed HOD), director and/or producer.
In 2015 Camilla won the Award of Merit in the Category "Best Women Filmmakers 2015" at the Accolade Global Film Competition. Her film "Leben In Vienna" won Best Short Film at Portsmouth International Film Festival as well as Best Student Project and Best Leading Actress at Southampton International Film Festival.
In 2017 Camilla had the great honour to be included in Forbes' 30 under 30 list.
Since then, Camilla has a very versatile career as an editor working on projects such as TV and social media commercial campaigns, documentaries for broadcast and streaming, music videos, online series, high end corporate projects and short films, including the short film "ESC" which premiered at the Red Sea Festival in 2025.

JOSH WELLS
SKILLSET: WRITER | DIRECTOR | EDITOR | COLOURIST
Josh has been making films since a young age, but started taking it seriously in 2012 when he studied film at Met Film School. Graduating with a first class honours degree in Practical Filmmaking, he has since written, directed and produced multiple short films as well as directed a feature film.
Aside from writing and directing, his passion for filmmaking led him to becoming proficient in multiple other disciplines including: camera work, colour grading and editing. He has primarily been working as an editor on corporate projects for the last few years.
Interested in further expanding his filmmaking toolbox, Josh studied colour grading with The Soho Editors. His eye for colour and background in story telling helps him design an image that elevates the project without over-producing it. In 2025 Josh was the colourist and sound designer on the short film "ESC" which premiered at the Red Sea Film Festival in December 2025.
